Aplysia punctata

This design is based on Aplysia punctata, which is not a nudibranch at all, as they do have a shell. However, this is usually not visible, as it is ingrown. These slugs are commonly referred to as sea hares. I observed this species during numerous dives off the coast of Norway, inspiring this design. Each item is made to order and embroidered on organic cotton garments— turning an underwater encounter into something you can wear.
